Our Services
Complete Care for Every Health Need
Many Haitian immigrants come from areas where health care is a luxury, not a right. Even after arriving in the U.S., they continue to face serious barriers—like limited access to insurance, language and cultural differences, and a lack of familiarity with the American health care system. These challenges often delay care and worsen treatable conditions.
At CHS, we offer a full spectrum of healthcare services designed to meet the unique needs of the Haitian community. From primary care and pediatrics to OB/GYN and mental health support, our culturally competent team is committed to providing accessible, high-quality care every step of the way.

We provide comprehensive, ongoing primary care for individuals and families across all backgrounds and ages.
OBGYN

Comprehensive Social Services to Support You
At CHS, we understand that healthcare goes beyond doctor visits—it’s about meeting all the needs of the whole person. Our social services are designed to support you and your family by addressing the challenges that impact your overall well-being. Whether you're facing difficulties with housing, food, transportation, or other essential services, we are here to help you navigate those barriers with care and compassion.
Here’s how we support our community:
-
We help individuals and families access safe, affordable housing by connecting them with local resources and providing guidance through the process.
-
For those experiencing food insecurity, we offer assistance and connect you with community programs that ensure you and your loved ones have access to nutritious meals.
-
We connect individuals with educational programs and job resources to help you improve your skills, find employment, and build a brighter future for you and your family.
-
Access to reliable transportation is essential for attending medical appointments and fulfilling daily needs. We help connect you to available transportation services.
-
In addition to healthcare, we provide emotional and psychological support to help individuals and families cope with stress, trauma, and the challenges of everyday life.
